This week we discussed the issue about "relationship".In the beginning,teacher asked us three questions:
1.Have you ever had a poor relation with anyboby around you? What was the reason?
2.How do you maintain a good relation with others?
3.What benefits will you get from maintaining good relationships with others?
In first question,I had a poor relation with one classmate in senior high shool.
I had already forgot what happen at that time,but I confirmed that I didn't talk with him about two months.After some matters,we eventually brought about a reconciliation and became best friend.In second question,I think communication,respect,present are necessary.You need to be concerned with your friends and family.So those methods make me maintain good relationship with others.Finally,I have many anwsers to the last question,such as give you a hand when you have difficulty,give you a job or high salary and so on.All in all,maintaining a good relationship will benefit for you.

Reflection on 11/15

This week we discussed about how we can arrange a meeting or change the meeting to other time. It is important because we have to ensure that not only the people you are closed to knew the news but also the people who are not that closed to you. During the class, teacher have taught us to use several ways like proper language or proper way to change a date or time for a meeting. It is so useful that I can even use this skill to other kinds of similar situations. I remember that there was a time when I was little, I had a serious bussiness to attend so I could not tutor my student. Since I did not know how to say it at first time, I just let it passed by. And later on, I made up an excuess about why I did not go. I truely felt bad, but I could not do anything better at that time. However, now I know! It is about the method you speak and the courage to open your mouth.

This week we discuss the issue about "meeting". At first I think that meeting is just for a lot of people gather together to chat , and it is not really effective to solve a problem. I had an experience for having a meeting. It is for our college classmates to have a travel to Taichung on our winter vacation. Of course all of us want to make our own journey be special and interesting. However we spend many time discussing the purpose without any result. We found it waste time on the goal. Finally ,we have a good way to arrange the trip. We asked the classmates who lived in Taichung to make a "menu" for us as a reference. And it became an unforgetable trip for us.
I think that a good preparation will make a good meeting . And everyone who involve in the event must let themselves know what they are doing for.

Reflection of 11/1

Last week we learned something about your first day at work. During the class, teacher showed a short film about a girl's first day at work. After we watched this film, we might understand what we should be careful of on your first day at work. Like your look, dressing, talking or deeds, you can't dress too informal if you work in a famous company. And, your talking and deeds represent your company. If you say something rude or do something bad in some occasions, people may think that the company is unreliable bacause some employees of the company aren't good. Besides making a good impression on people, how to get along with your colleagues and boss is also important. If you get along well with your colleagues, you may get some help when facing difficulties. And, if you make a good image on your boss, the possibility of paying rise is also higher. To sum up, working isn't just for earning money, it also makes us learn how to adapt ourselves to the society.

Last week we learned about what kind of questions you may be asked
during the interview.Before the class,I surfed the internet to searchsome
information.Therefore,I found that there were ten common and important
interview questions:
1.Tell me a little about yourself.
2.Why are you interested in working for our company?
3.What kind of work would you like to do?
4.Do you like to work alone, or as part of a team?
5.What do you consider to be your strong points?
6.What do you consider to be your weak points?
7.Why did you leave last company?
8.How do you feel about working overtime?
9.How ambitious are you?
10.What is your minimum salary requirement?
Although this questions were simple,you should be careful to answer
them because interviewer may decide whether you can get this job or not.
However,it is not absolute that you can get this job if you answer all of
above-mentioned questions in detail.for example:when interviewer ask
why do you leave last company,and then you reply that you come into conflict
with boss and complain that how awful your last boss was.Hence,you may not
be accepted for this job.So,you should mind your p's and q's when you reply to
this kind of interview questions.
In a word,prepare all of information before interview and remember to
anwser those questions carefully during interview.I think the interviewer may
recruit you.

Reflection of October 18th

This week we learn about doing well in the interview. And I get some knowledges which teach me what can do and cannot do in the interview.  The central point is that have ethical principle, in other words iust that have honesty. To go to inerview, you must be prepared for it like intaking of your expertise, noting etiquette, and making your feeling easily. You want to get a job that having it's expertise is the most basic. Then you must note about your etiquette  whether dress or manners all should be attention. To dress long sleeves and long trousers like ,blouse and suit jacket  ,is a respect to interview staff . All and all ,having honesty is very important .when you don not have honesty, whatever things you do will not be praise from people

Reflection of September 11th.

This week's lesson is mainly about how to write a good resume. Bold the topic or the thing you want to focus on, clear understanding, clean and neat are all sort of things to write a good resume. In the class, the teacher has showed us an example of a resume written by one of her students, and ask us to find what is bad or wrong in the studnet's resume. So then all the groups start to look for mistake if there is any. After our group discussion, we have concluded that the email address should be related to his name not his ID number. Microsoft Office is a application progrem which does not belong to Windows relating files. Since his home number starts with 06, then his address should be in Tainan not Kao-Shung. Last, his professional skills or habits have no connection with the job he wants to aquire. For this lesson, I have learned that a resume has a big impact on whether you have an job interview or not.

10/4 Reflection

Last week I surfed the net to check what job I can do in the future . From this homework I knew that my depatment - Electric Engineering can be a computer language engineer , and it require many professional skills and diploma . And when you face the computer problem ,you must be patient and spend a lot of time to solve it . However it is not easy to get the job , and the salary of the job is quite attractive. So if I want to acquire the job i should try hard.
This week I learned how to read resume . There is a Golden Rules for a good resume,and I think the most important one is arranging items in order. Because when I read an article I like it is clean and show what it wants to tell us. If I write my resume in some other day , I must obey the rule.

Hello, my name is 李建鋐, and my english name is Hank. I major in electrical engineering in NCKU, and I am a sophomore.


My hometown is Tainan, from elementary school to university, I study in Tainan. Tainan is really a good place, I love Tainan!


And, I like to play basketball, but since I entered the colleage, my physical strength wasn't as well as before, so if you want to play basketball, don't call me!

YO! What's up everyone!! My English name is Jeffrey Lu and my chinese name is chieh-an Lu. I am from electrical engineering department, and I am a sophmore. I came from Taipei, but I graduated from Glen Rock High School, isn't it odd? It's because I moved into New Jersey when I was a freshman in high school. It sucks that I have to study English for my second year in NCKU, because I didn't reach the standard score of TOEFL by one point to excuse this course.

However, become one of the student in NCKU is one of my biggest dreams in my life. I enjoyed everything including hanging out with friends, going to KTV from 3am to 8am, and playing basketball. Oh, and by the way, I swear that electrical engineering will be the champion of the upcoming terniment, the "shi-gi" cup !!!!!! LETS ROCK EE!!!!!!

Hello everyone,my name is 張 仟,and my English name is Jonathan.

I major in electrical engineering department in National Cheng Kung University . I am glad to enter in NCKU because this is my dream . However, living in this new environment is a challenge for me , so I hope I can do my best to learn new things and deal with the difficulty.

About me , my hometown is Keelung ,where is the north of Taiwan.As far as climate is concerned, Keelung is different from Tainan.The former is rainy,the latter is sunny.I love Tainan. I am a Sophomore from electrical engineering in Cheng Kung university. Although I have many nicknames like Uruguay, Workers, the most commonly used nickname is small child due to my appearances.

 I come from Taoyuan and graduated from Taoyuan senior high school. The reason that I want to come Cheng Kung is want to know the southern style ,and I like the style of the south.
